DOOLY’S INC. OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS Anyone who purchases an Amp Energy Drink will receive a ballot to be eligible for a chance to win the grand prize. In order to be eligible for a chance to win the grand prize of a concert package including two tickets to the AC/DC concert at Magnetic Hill Moncton, NB, $150 in spending money, two cooler chairs, two stainless steel water bottles, two rain ponchos, one pair of binoculars and a disposable camera, you must fill in a ballot. Each of the participating locations will draw for a grand prize package at the end of the promotion (June 6) from all the ballots they collected during this promotion. Winners, if not present at the time of the draw, will be notified by email or phone. If the winners cannot be notified within 10 days of the date of the draw or is ineligible, alternate winners may be selected. The winners will be notified by email or phone. Contest available at participating locations in Atlantic Canada only. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE. To receive a ballot send a self addressed stamped envelope to Dooly’s “Dooly’s Rocks with AC/DC”, 350 Elmwood Dr. Moncton, NB, E1A 8R5. To be eligible for a chance to win the in-store grand prize, fill out the ballot and deposit it into the ballot box at any of the participating location. Limit one ballot per person per day. Void where prohibited. Contest begins on May 4, 2009 and ends on June 6, 2009. All ballots must be received by June 6, 2009, no later than 6 pm Atlantic Standard Time. Time of draws may vary by location and time zone. Chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Prizes may not be exactly as shown on point of sales. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $575. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute elements of the prize. All incremental costs not outlined in this prize description are the responsibility of the winner. The contest is open to any person who is a permanent resident of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador or Prince Edward Island, who is of the legal drinking age in their province of residence and excludes employees, representatives or agents of Dooly’s, Pepsi and its affiliates subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Organizers”), and any person who is domiciled with any of the foregoing.
