Choice of Law The laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, shall govern these Terms of Service, and your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these Terms of Service as if these Terms of Service were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the Province of New Brunswick. No Waiver Dooly's failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Severability If any provision or part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, void or otherwise enforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force and effect. |
